A developer product needs more than a working API. It needs a surface that explains what the product is, where to start, and how to keep going.

Designing for clear product surfaces
First screens
The first screen should make the product obvious. It should show the name, the use case, and a direct path into the docs or source.
Useful density
Developer pages often benefit from density. The goal is not to add decoration, but to show enough real information that the page feels useful.
Consistent navigation
Navigation should keep product context intact. A Procyon page should feel like Procyon, a Tag page should feel like Tag, and Codnect should connect them without flattening them.
Content that helps
Good product content is specific. It should describe behavior, tradeoffs, and next steps rather than repeating generic promises.
